Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email, where available. You can use the tracking information provided by the courier to check your order status.

Shipping Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at zyghamqazi974@gmail.com.  Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged items, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or an unboxing video where available.
